In order to be a successful businessman/woman a strong team is always important. Speaking from personal experience when your employers like you and if you treat them with respect the business will only grow. A lot of times I think many future entrepreneurs have the mentality that with hard work you can do it all by yourself. I’m hear to let you know now this is not true and a good team is always necessary.  When starting your own business in whatever industry, there are going to be times when the workload is extreme. Yeah at first you think you can handle it, but as time goes on and you need more things to be accomplished is when you realize a team is needed.

Don’t get me wrong in the early stages it’ll just be you. The hard process when looking for a team can be tough as you’ll run across people that claim they’ll do whatever it takes. You’ll eventually weed them out when you realize their work ethic is not up to par. When building your business and searching for that reliable team, always make sure to give your staff a desired role. In each aspect/department of your business, always have someone that can handle assignments for that specific department. You as the boss can't be everywhere and even when you think you can, it'll only cause stress.

 When having your own business the point is to generate money even when your not working or at the current location. If you have to always work long hours, can't take a break and if you do you'll lose money you mine as well say you have a regular job. That's where the team comes in to help further the company. You don't want your business to be in a position like the average 9-5 in which you have to trade time for money. So if you want to be that successful entrepreneur starting recruiting that starting lineup now and you'll see difference.
